Brian has worked in international advertising agencies for over 30 years as art director, creative director and advertising agency owner.
He is now a full-time freelance ‘creative’, working on projects in all media, from web, photography, to film. His photography commissions include everything from fashion, architecture and actors, to builders and bankers, and waifs and wives.
Photography has always been an integral part of his work. His vision is influenced by design, composition, colour, shape, shade and light, and from a point of view of how design and communications impact on everyday life. Whether capturing landscape or people’s characteristics, the context of the human condition is ever present in his work.
Brian has exhibited his photographic works in London and Scotland. His images are highly collectable and are in several collections from New York, Paris, Buenos Aires and London.

We hope that you find inspiration, excitement and good health from the food you eat, and learn, like us, that to eat well is to live better.
